Zhetao provides instructional design support for UAB faculty and staff developing academic and continuing education, online, and blended courses. She advises faculty on best online teaching practices, pedagogical strategies, and Quality Matters Rubrics. She also develops and delivers workshops to faculty in the use of academic technologies, Quality Matters Rubrics, and online teaching pedagogy. She earned her Ph.D. in Instructional Technology from the University of Alabama in 2015.
