Courtney Mason is the Online Success Manager within the Division of eLearning & Professional Studies. In her role, she provides assistance to online undergraduate and graduate students in gaining access to resources in the area of academic support, instructional technology support, mental health resources and other university resources to enhance academic success.
Prior to joining the eLearning team, Courtney worked for five years as an Academic Advisor in the College of Arts and Sciences at UAB. Courtney earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Troy University and a master’s degree in Counseling from The University of Montevallo.
